Who we are
This website is operated by Patricorp Global LLC, which develops PATRIONIC, a hospitality business operating system currently in early access.
Browsing the website
The website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. The interactive experience runs in your browser, and preferences such as reduced motion are read from your device settings and not sent anywhere. All fonts, images and scripts are served from this domain. Our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver pages securely and protect against abuse.
Enquiries: what we collect
When you request early access, a demonstration or a custom quotation, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, phone number (with its country code), business name, country, type of business, number of locations and your requirements, and any optional details you choose to add (preferred contact method, current software, modules of interest, customisation requests, timeline, budget, quotation details and notes). We also record the time of your enquiry, the version of this notice, your choices about marketing, your browser type, and a one-way, salted hash of your IP address used only to limit abuse.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to your enquiry: a member of our team may call you on the number you gave, or email you, to discuss your business and requirements, arrange a demonstration and prepare an individual quotation. We send you a confirmation email with your reference number. Calls are made by a person; we do not place automated calls or send automated or bulk messages, and submitting an enquiry is not permission for promotional calls or messages. We do not sell your details or use them for automated decisions.
Marketing
Product news is sent only if you tick the separate, optional box on the form. It is never pre-selected and is not required to submit an enquiry, and ticking it does not add you to any mailing list automatically. You can withdraw your permission at any time using the contact details below.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Enquiries are stored in a dedicated database separate from the PATRIONIC platform, hosted by Supabase in the United States. Emails are delivered by Resend. The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf. Because they operate in the United States, your details may be transferred to and processed in a country other than your own.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not progress are deleted 12 months after the last activity on them; we check for these every month. This does not apply while we are in active discussions or negotiations with your business, if you become a customer, or where we must keep a record for legal or contractual reasons. Abuse-prevention records are deleted after one day.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry, withdraw marketing permission, or stop contacting you by emailing privacy@patrionicos.com and quoting your reference number. We will check that the request comes from the email address used for the enquiry.
The PATRIONIC platform
The PATRIONIC hospitality platform is in development. Its own privacy terms, covering business and guest data, will be published before general availability.
